Contact support

When self-service has not resolved your issue, the fastest way to reach a person is by email. Never include your sign-in token, the sign-in link, or any password - support never needs them.

Email support

Reach the AgentProof support team directly. Helpful, safe details to include: the email address you used, roughly when the issue happened, a screenshot of the on-screen message, and which area it relates to.

Want to start using AgentProof or move to a paid plan? Pilot and team access are arranged directly with AgentProof - you request access instead of checking out.

  • How to reach a person at AgentProof

    What happened

Self-service has not resolved your issue and you want to talk to a person. The fastest way to reach AgentProof support is by email at [email protected].

    Why it matters

AgentProof is a deterministic AI-agent compliance-readiness and documentation product, not a monitoring or live-system service, so the quickest help is almost always a specific account, sign-in, or connection detail rather than a real-time check. Giving us the right details up front saves a round trip.

    What to do next

    1. Email [email protected].
    2. Include the email address you used and the approximate time the issue happened.
    3. Include a screenshot of the on-screen message and which area it relates to (sign-in, Microsoft connection, a report, billing, or workspace access).
    4. If you want pilot or Team access, say how many agents you want to assess and your timeline; you can also see plans on the Pricing page.

    What information to include

    1. The email address you used.
    2. The approximate time the issue happened.
    3. A screenshot of the on-screen message and which area it relates to (sign-in, Microsoft connection, a report, billing, or workspace access).
    4. If you want access: how many agents you want to assess and your timeline.

    When to contact support

Any time the self-service guidance does not resolve your situation, email [email protected]. We will help you directly. For a general enquiry or to request access, you can also write to [email protected].

  • What is safe to share — and what to never send

    What happened

You are about to contact support and want to know what to include without putting your account at risk.

    Why it matters

Sign-in links and tokens are single-use credentials. Sharing them, even with support, is a security risk, and support never needs them. Telling us what happened in plain words is always enough.

    What to do next

    1. Safe to share: the email address you used, the approximate time something happened, a screenshot of the on-screen message, and which area it relates to.
    2. Never send: the magic link itself, the long token from a link, a session cookie, a password, Microsoft credentials, or a full-link screenshot.
    3. Describe the problem in words; we can always help without the secret.

    What information to include

    1. The email address you used.
    2. The approximate time something happened.
    3. A screenshot of the on-screen message.
    4. Which area it relates to, described in words, never the link, token, cookie, or password.

    When to contact support

If you are unsure whether a detail is safe to send, leave it out and email [email protected] describing the problem in plain English; we will ask only for what is safe and necessary.

  • Requesting access or upgrading

    What happened

You want to start using AgentProof beyond a trial, or move to a paid plan, and are looking for a checkout.

    Why it matters

Self-serve checkout is not live yet. AgentProof is in the Compliance Readiness Pilot, so access is arranged with us directly rather than purchased on the spot. You request access instead of checking out.

    What to do next

    1. Review the tiers on the Pricing page (AgentProof Compliance Readiness Pilot, Team plan €199/month, Enterprise custom).
    2. Email [email protected] for a general access enquiry, to request pilot or Team access, or to start an Enterprise conversation.
    3. For billing, invoicing, or payment questions, email [email protected].
    4. Explore the public how-it-works walkthrough to evaluate the product while access is arranged.

    What information to include

    1. How many agents you want to assess.
    2. Your timeline.
    3. Which plan you are interested in (Compliance Readiness Pilot, Team, or Enterprise).
    4. Any procurement or invoicing requirement.

    When to contact support

To request access or discuss a plan, email [email protected]; for billing or pricing for your team, email [email protected]. Because checkout is not self-serve, you will not be charged automatically; access and payment are always arranged with us first.
