What you see: Updated questions appear in the assessment; your previous answers remain visible and editable.

Scoring

What changes: Weight or rubric changes to a control family.

What you see: If scoring rules change, a re-score may be recommended — your existing report stays unchanged until you choose to re-run it.

Reports

What changes: Report layout, content block, or evidence requirement changes.

What you see: Existing PDFs are unchanged; re-export to pick up the new layout.

Evidence

What changes: New evidence source recognised, or recognised evidence reclassified.

What you see: Evidence panel may show new recommended attachments.

Reassessment

What changes: A reassessment may be recommended when the platform, your configuration, or the underlying controls change.

What you see: A 'Reassessment recommended' notice appears in the workspace with a link to review and re-run — you decide whether and when.
